We’ve released version 6.5 of the Zylinc product suite

The new version includes multiple new and improved features, and our development team has also fixed a number of bugs.

Among the cool new features in version 6.5 are:

  • GDPR handling and audit logging
  • In-queue IVR menus, for example if you want to offer special options if callers have waited in a queue for more than a minute
  • Ability for callers to keep their queue seniority when you transfer them from one queue to another
  • Improved agent and queue overviews in the Zylinc desktop applications
  • New lookup features for chat and e-mail queues in the desktop applications
  • Spell checker for e-mail queues in the desktop applications
  • Authentication via secure LDAP
  • Call recording with Apresa
  • New Client API module
  • and much more …
